Lunch Time

this is one of my favorite salads. I ate it for lunch today. It's just grilled chicken, black beans, romaine lettuce, olives, a little bit of cheese (like a table spoon)...I use salsa as dressing and a dollop of daisy (light) on top. I call it a taco salad but I just don't put any chips in it and I don't use any regular dressing. I need to figure out the fat and calorie content of it. Maybe next time. I just know it was good for me and it tasted wonderful. What did you eat for lunch?

    Just so you know, a website called Spark Recipes, www.sparkrecipes.com, (also affiliated with a weight loss community called Spark People, www.sparkpeople.com) has an AWESOME recipe calculator that I use to get the nutritional information for all of my personal recipes, and anything else I might be making from a cookbook or what have you. I don't think you have to be a member to use the calculator, but it's free to join anyway. I really love that site!
